KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to join our
US Lead Management Team within our Marketing organization.Responsibilities:
Identify new leads, Marketing Qualified Lead (MQLs) and improve
conversion rates (such as MQL>SAL) to drive growth for the business
Develop and manage relationships with client-facing partners, sales teams
and other key stakeholders to drive pipeline and customer relationships with
KPMG
Collaborate with the analytics teams to help evaluate marketing performance,
highlighting successes, challenges, and outcome-driven recommendations for
improvement for marketing and sales teams
Support optimization of lead scoring algorithms and AI-generated predictive
models using Salesforce
Manage workflows, dataflows and optimization of marketing automation
processes to enhance efficiency, and effectiveness of Marketing
ROIQualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience in a relevant business area, such
as sales enablement/operations preferably within a professional services
(B2B) environment; background with sales and marketing technology like
Salesforce, Introhive, Demandbase, and AI agents is preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Sales and business development mindset; ability to identify potential sales
opportunities, and convert marketing leads into meaningful actions
Demonstrated aptitude for marketing return on investment (ROI)
optimization, and full sales funnel reporting, analytics, and
problem-solving on a highly technical platform
Strong project management skills, including ability to multi-task, and
manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority, leadership
exposure and rigorous deadlines
Exceptional written and oral communications skills; operate effectively and
independently, make sound data-driven decisions, as well as manage risk,
and adapt well to change
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based
