Tura's corporate headquarters is based in Muncy, PA and it's design studio and showroom are in the heart of New York City.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Key Accounts Manager, this position provides clerical, administrative and statistical support for Directors of Sales for National and Regional Accounts, and order entry for national, optical and retail accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Researches and compiles detailed line-item statistical sales reports. Communicates via email and phone with accounts, sales managers, and other departments on a regular basis. Processes orders for accounts. Provides administrative and clerical support to the Key Accounts Manager Processes Key Account assortment changes and daily orders. Assist with Trade Show, Trunk Show and Convention prep. Special projects as needed. Process returns.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and data from a variety of sources. Must be able to meet attendance requirements. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to meet the physical requirements noted below.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in the use of computer and related office equipment. Experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel. Clerical skills such as data entry, keyboarding, and correspondence preparation Experience in supporting an external sales force is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements: The work is generally sedentary but may require lifting (20 pounds or less). Duties involve some walking, standing, reaching, bending, and stooping.

Hours of Work: Monday -- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: Starting rate is $17.00 per hour.

FLSA Status: Nonexempt
