Robert Half is partnering with a client seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and answering calls/emails (Source: thousands of job postings and Robert Half placements).

Use bilingual skills to translate documents, communication materials, and meetings between languages as needed (Source: Learn more about the top roles in demand).

Provide support for department leaders, including creating reports, presentations, and maintaining data accuracy.

Serve as a liaison for bilingual customers or clients, ensuring their needs are met and language barriers are eliminated.

Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Assist with event planning, travel coordination, and expense tracking.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong proficiency in [Language A] and [Language B], including written and verbal communication.

1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably with bilingual responsibilities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or other office software.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and capability to communicate across cultural @contexts.

Experience working in a customer-facing environment is a plus.
