comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed, even if you\'re
new to manufacturing or chemical production. Competitive Pay: Starting
at \$19/hour with potential to increase to \$21/hour after training.
Shift Options: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 3 PM & 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM -
6:30 AM (Both Monday - Friday) + dedicated training hours. Career
Advancement: Temp-to-hire path with opportunities for full-time
employment and growth. Key Responsibilities Load hoppers and stack
finished products efficiently. Accurately label boxes, containers,
pails, and drums following safety guidelines. Lift and palletize items
weighing up to 50 pounds, including 1.5-gallon bottles. Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the work area. Perform general labor and
material handling tasks as needed. Safely handle chemicals in compliance
with company protocols. Ideal Candidate Qualifications High school
diploma or GED preferred. Comfortable working with chemicals;
manufacturing or chemical manufacturing experience is a plus but not
required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended
periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
