Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate CNC lathes and/or machining centers to produce a variety of small to large parts.

Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.

Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments.

Inspect parts using different gauges, customer drawing requirements, quality plan dimensions.

Document completed labor, quality checks, and report errors and defects as required.

Identify the need for machine/tool maintenance and perform minor repairs.

Learn machine set-up, utilizing provided documentation to gather and organize equipment needed to perform setups in a minimum amount of time.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Hours: 1st and 2nd shift are also available based on experience

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm

2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (15% Premium)

3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am (25% Premium)

OT - A lot of OT available - Not Mandatory (Candidates have worked 50+ hours of OT)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
