Description

The Administrative Assistant II (AAII) is responsible for all initial public contacts, scheduling cases, maintaining department records, and consolidating data collection for established reporting process. The organizational level of this individual's ability to function with a multi-task orientation will be reflective in the orderly fashion by which the department's activities transpire. The AAII must practice sound judgment as is required in their profession and must work closely with physicians and other personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous secretarial and/or hospital experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
