Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, online banners and other promotional items.

Product launch planning support by assisting in asset gathering for videos, graphics, copy and update Amplify, Box.com, etc.

Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and collateral for new and existing features.

Support video production efforts by assisting with scriptwriting, production, and editing promotional videos.

Run weekly collateral inventory report to review collateral materials to support sales reps and sales team.

Research top indoor air quality (IAQ) players and create a comparison matrix (features, pricing, reviews). Review industry trends and best practices in content marketing, incorporating new ideas and strategies into our content initiatives.

Explore market trends: smart homes, wellness tech, green building standards, or increasing concerns around air pollution. to help aid in blog topics and social post themes

Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Process product registrations and warranty certificates.

Program Requirement(s):

Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.

Must be able to work the entirety of the summer program which runs from May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Functional ability to operate PC platforms is mandatory to accomplish specific duties listed above including Microsoft Office, HubSpot and Monday.com

Interested in product marketing a plus

Comfortable with market research and analysis

Strong written and oral communication capabilities and organizational skills are required

Hourly Range: $17-$38

The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
