Description We are looking for a meticulous Sales Support specialist to join our team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-Ongoing position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales operations by ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient order management. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of customer request information.

Enter customer orders into the system with precision, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Monitor and follow up on pending orders, quotes, and inquiries, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to address and resolve order-related issues.

Update and manage customer quotes, ensuring information is accurate and reflects current pricing.

Handle overflow tasks by sorting and prioritizing requests for timely and efficient resolution.

Use tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook to facilitate communication and task coordination.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses to support reporting and tracking efforts. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales support or customer service role.

Proficiency with tools such as ADP Financial Services, CRM, and ERP systems.

Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and billing functions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Ability to manage inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate responses.

Detail-oriented with strong auditing and data validation skills.

Experience in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. TalentMatch®
