WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an Inside Account Manager at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. This role will be responsible for permanent and temporary customers. On cancellation requests utilizing creative problem solving and negotiation skills, resolves customer issues in order to retain positive relationships with and continued service to existing customers. The actions of this position must demonstrate Win Waste values.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes meeting account retention and cancellation policy goals by resolving customer issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Crossfunctional teamwork is a key success factor.

Investigate cancellation requests from customers and develop action plans for recovery. Refer unsuccessful attempts to save accounts to Account Manager or Sales Manager for further action.

Manage and follow-up all pending cancellations until cases are closed including account research, maintenance of contact results, scheduling of follow-up activities and completion of all other requirements.

Consistently meet or exceed weekly or monthly goals for handling cancellation requests.

Manage the Save Desk including, tracking, followup and reporting of cancellation results and placing lost accounts into the Salesforce.com.

Offer and quote pricing for service on demand as encountered during customer contact.

Play a key role in meeting sales and pricing objectives by proactively promoting Win Waste services.

Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell existing customers and refer opportunities appropriately.

Generate leads for followup by inside and outside sales personnel.

Demonstrate proficient use of Win Waste sales tools (i.e. Salesforce.com, Trux, Pricing Tools, etc.) to maintain accurate customer profile records.

Acquire working knowledge of appropriate local, state and federal regulations relating to Win Waste services and interpret for customers as required.

Acquire an indepth understanding of Win Waste operations, service capabilities and other services available to customers.

Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Experience:

This position requires at least two (2) years of customer service or sales experience where strong negotiation skills is a requirement in this or other industry or equivalent job experience.
