Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This role involves managing calendars, travel, meetings, and communications while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, handles confidential information with discretion, and works well independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

Draft reports, presentations, and professional correspondence

Organize and manage meetings, events, and video conferences

Support strategic projects and cross-functional teams

Set up new vendors and assist with purchase orders

Maintain office logistics, scheduling, and communications

Collaborate with other admins for backup support during absences or peak periods

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

5-8 years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting executives

Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills

Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and adaptable to new software

Discretion with confidential information and excellent attention to detail

Working Conditions:

Office-based with computer work and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)

May require PPE in certain areas; must comply with all company safety and security protocols

Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
