Sr. Proposal Coordinator- Construction

KOMAN Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator with construction industry experience to assist the Proposal Department with its primary and administrative functions. This position will be responsible for coordinating and producing various materials, including proposals, project documentation, sources sought responses, appendices, flow charts, resumes, and project profiles.

Essential Functions:

Assist with proposals/presentations for federal clients, including coordination with subcontractors.

Maintain and create staff resumes, project sheets, and utilize InDesign and other programs.

Support a collaborative proposal process, including coordinating the collection of project-specific information and developing proposal content and other requirements to meet established guidelines and target dates.

Create presentations using PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with any necessary supporting materials.

Assist with market research, including information gathering on potential clients and projects.

Create and maintain proposal calendars as directed by Proposal Manager.

Update and maintain marketing documentation and databases.

Research and obtain information to provide to management for bids/proposals.

Establish and promote best practices and standards.

Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals.

Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.

Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content.

Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.

Understands their own abilities and limitations and understands when to seek guidance.

Professionally interacts with colleagues, members of the public, clients, and business associates.

Complies with all company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

5+ years proposal coordination experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is strong preferred.

Experience working in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction industry is preferred

Strong proficiency using Microsoft Word, and Excel, InDesign experience preferred.

Expert in data interpretation, drawing conclusions, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking abilities driven by data.
