Job Details

· Location: Carrollton, TX

· Pay Rate: $17.70 - $ 24.78

· Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00Am - 5:00Pm

Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Strong computer skills with advanced analysis capabilities utilizing MS Excel

Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships, Experience with Microsoft Excel, Experience in Accounts Payable and Payments, Experience with SAP, Experience with Vendor Invoice Management systems.

Job Summary:

Accounts payable including purchase order creation, invoice verification, and account reconciliation, payment processing.

Maintain analytical models in MS Excel to enable analysis and to monitor activities and control operations.

Assists in the month-end close process including the preparation and submittal of monthly accruals and journal entries.

Supports preparation of financial plans including annual budgets and monthly forecasts

Ensures compliance with BlueTriton Brands accounting policies and procedures and technical standards.

Pay Details: $17.70 to $24.64 per hour
