Oversee the design, development, and implementation of launch strategies and marketing programs to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies and narratives aligned with overall business objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs.
Guide the marketing team in creating cohesive campaigns that combine digital, social media, content marketing, public relations, events, and other channels.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing priorities and goals, with a focus on Network Security and Voice & Collaboration services.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute product positioning and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Craft and refine clear, differentiated product messaging that resonates with our target audiences and aligns with AT&T's mission.
Campaign Development & Execution:
Oversee end-to-end campaign planning for Marketing initiatives, ensuring integration and reinforcement of the brand's message.
Lead the brief development and content strategy for marketing initiatives, maintaining brand standards and effective communication.
Manage the integration of digital and offline marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Maintain an integrated marketing calendar to monitor activities and ensure consistent communication with business customers.
Oversee the integration and activation of Brand Partnerships into marketing initiatives.
Content Development:
Partner with content, digital and brand teams to create high-impact collateral (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, presentations) that drives engagement and supports the buyer's journey.
Market Research & Insights:
Stay attuned to industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, delivering insights that shape product development and marketing strategies.
Product Launches:
Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Build Relationships with Commercialization and Sales:
Develop case studies and testimonials that highlight our impact and deepen customer loyalty.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketers and creative professionals to deliver high-performance campaigns.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team.
Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews to ensure high levels of team productivity and professional development.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Use data and analytics to continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Report on campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing impact to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the central point of contact for integrated marketing initiatives across departments, including sales, product, customer success, and more.
Work closely with the creative, design, communications, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage the integrated marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign impact.
Optimize the use of available resources, balancing internal capabilities with external partnerships to achieve objectives.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Introduce innovative marketing techniques and tools to keep the company ahead of the competition and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity with progressive experience in integrated marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning that drive revenue growth and market differentiation.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
Job Contribution:
Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization.
Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies.
Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization.
