Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled and highly organized Executive Assistant to support C-level executives at a prestigious consulting firm in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating complex schedules, and has a proactive mindset. If you excel at managing executive-level responsibilities with discretion and professionalism, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.

Proactively manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.

Prepare executive-level documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Plan and execute meetings, events, and off-site activities, including creating agendas and taking minutes as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task completion.

Provide general administrative support, including expense reports, supply orders, and other tasks as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive and resourceful attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
