Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Title Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and proper processing of vehicle titles while maintaining high standards of professionalism. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a background in title clearing or administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Enter title information into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Verify payment statuses and ensure all documents align with required standards.

Review vehicle titles and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.

Provide necessary documentation to support sales confirmations.

Prepare titles for shipment, including creating labels, packaging, and coordinating courier deliveries.

Ensure titles are sent to the correct locations in a timely manner.

Organize and file titles awaiting payment to maintain an orderly system.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in accordance with corporate standards.

Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience in title-related roles or related field.

Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.

Solid organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and exhibit professionalism in team settings.

Experience in title clearing and administrative assistance.

Familiarity with title searches and related processes.
