As the Sales Support Specialist, you will promote and support the sale and distribution of CNH Industrial Construction Equipment to dealers from initiation (order entry) to close of transaction (sale to the end-use customer). This is accomplished through responsive actions to assigned dealers via telephone and email and by supporting field-based Case Business Managers with the common goal of meeting Retail and Wholesale targets for that territory. Position is located in Racine, Wisconsin. Responsibilities Pursue continual business growth by influencing CNH Industrial Construction brand dealers to proactively order whole goods, participate in marketing programs, and conform to Dealer Standards. Ensure, improve, and maintain reasonable customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support to dealers and the sales management team. Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding order status, sales result, leads, and quotas. Responsible for tasks regarding the sales and marketing administration, planning, organization, and automation, including managing the information systems of the department. Supports sales teams in preparing and evaluating deal scenarios and contract terms. Monitor the status of sales administration activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team.
