Great part time job. Monday to Friday No nights or weekends. Good pay and can be a flexible schedule.

Be a personal assistant and finance secretary to the company owners and help manage and maintain all daily activities at the office. This could be a real variety of duties assisting the owner with organization, managing day to day needs of the home and office. Must be in office daily. Hours will vary between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. This is a very basic secretarial job (opening mail, filing, making invoices, paying bills, managing the checking accounts, and checking email and text.) It is in a home office located in West Point, Utah. Comfortable work environment and three employees in the home office. We love family and are supportive of flexible hours for family needs.

Requirements

Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications

Strong "attention to detail" and accuracy in data entry and transcribing information

Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in project coordination, and calendar management is a plus

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
