The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC.

?GDIT has an immediate opportunity for an Identity Access Management Engineer with expertise in Azure AD (Entra) to support our SEC customer. Candidates must be US Citizens (without dual citizenship) and eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Duties:

Responsible for developing and deploying Microsoft Entra solutions to centralize identity management, automate RBAC (Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access requests, etc.), integrate with HR systems, and enhance cybersecurity through best practices that align with a Zero Trust Architecture.

Provide Entra best practices and SME consulting to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in various IAM initiatives where expert knowledge of Azure/M365 and Entra can spawn new Entra projects and shape the strategic road map.

Propose and design solutions that automate RBAC and lifecycle management processes via Entra..

Required:

Minimum six years of experience designing and deploying Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for the federal government to manage user access to cloud applications.

Hands on experience with Microsoft Entra identity and access management solutions, automating RBAC, O365, and synchronization of entities between on-premise and cloud directories.

Hands on support migrating application authentication to Entra IdP via SAML 2.0 or OIDC, which includes leading configuration/troubleshooting working sessions, and supporting production cutovers.

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee's date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
