Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a warehouse setting where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for operating a forklift, working with power tools, and packaging and building crates. This position requires the ability to lift an average of 50lbs daily.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.

Utilize power tools for building crates and packaging tasks.

Conduct order picking and manage inventory.

Perform shipping and data entry tasks using shipping and freight management software.

Ensure warehouse inventory control and manage bills of lading (BOL).

Essential Skills

2+ years of consistent work history in a warehouse setting.

2+ years of warehouse experience.

1+ year of ERP usage, ideally SAP.

1+ year of experience in inventory management, order picking, and forklift operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with material handling.

Proficiency in shipping and freight management software.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse setting during the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including forklifts and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAK CREEK, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
