Job Title: Warehouse and Shipping Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Warehouse and Shipping Worker. This role involves performing various warehouse and shipping responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

Execute warehouse operations including assembly tasks using hand tools.

Interpret and utilize blueprints and schematics for panel wiring and mechanical assembly.

Conduct electrical and mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Support general labor tasks within the warehouse environment.

Handle shipping processes efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch of products.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in assembly, hand tools, and blueprint reading.

Experience with schematic interpretation and panel wiring.

Strong skills in mechanical and electrical assembly.

General labor skills applicable to warehouse settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.

Minimum of 2 years of shipping experience.

Work Environment

This position operates on a first shift schedule, from 5:30am to 3:30pm, consisting of 9-hour days over the past 2-3 years. The work is conducted in a clean facility, ensuring a pleasant and organized environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
