Responsibilities . Responsible for all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development. Play lead role to enable successful delivery of ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM or ITBM responsibilities. Understand as-is state of ServiceNow modules and the challenges. Cross-functional collaboration and integration support with SNOW platform including ITSM, ITOM etc. Oversee the future release of ServiceNow platform. Advise customer on industry best practices for various ServiceNow modules. Create and maintain reports and metrics on ServiceNow Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business. Work within multi-vendor development environment. Interact cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups. Work with ServiceNow platform for global customers.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree plus two (2) years of related experience.
Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Developing ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ServiceNow APIs, and Security Rules (ACLs); Building custom automation workflows and development of customized modules; Integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML); Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology; Javascript; Experience must include: ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certified; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM or CSM or ITOM or ITBM.
