As a Marketing Associate at Stryker, you will support various sales training initiatives and programs. This role will be performed during working hours in EST and requires approximately 50% travel.

What you will do

Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year

Support the on-label use and promotion of all products

Support medical educational labs

Act as Subject Matter Expert for Orthopedic Instruments applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions

Familiar with the field sales structure and the role of sales in the overall marketing mix

Collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, marketing communications and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of programs

Develop metrics to demonstrate ROI

Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes

Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment

Understand basic budget management principles

Understand the various @types of communications objectives and channels

Identify the various @types and formats of communication that are commonly used outside of the organization

Use appropriate scorecards to track results

Provide examples of business measurements used in own area

Support presentations to leaders, sales, and customers

Lead the execution of key customer engagements and events that support critical business needs, including ensuring compliance requirements are understood and observed

Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work

What you need

Bachelor's degree required

MBA preferred

$ 58,700 - $ 106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
