Job Summary
Priority Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Member Communications Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. We're looking for someone with extensive project and program management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, environment, with the ability to collaboratively craft solutions that create a win for both the member and for our internal teams.
The ideal candidate is hungry, humble, people smart, and dedicated to excellence. This person should bring a skill set that is relational, strategic and tactical, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and campaigns. Experience in a large, matrixed organization will be beneficial to help drive clarity and efficiency at scale.
This individual will lead our welcome experience to our over 1.3 million Priority Health members, providing them with the most pertinent information about their health plan, as well a member experience that makes them glad they chose Priority Health. When this person is successful in their role, they will create a best-in-class initial experience for our Priority Health members. This individual will also be responsible for managing communications and change management to support our digital initiatives that impact our members.

Project management, marketing communications, including advanced project management skills with proven, demonstrated experience in building, executing, and measuring large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs
Strong cross-functional communications skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve conflicts internally and externally
Ability to measure and report on campaigns for continuous improvement and ROI
Ability to see the larger picture, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Ongoing drive to understand emerging trends and best practices in marketing, digital channels, and customer experience.
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, project management systems (Monday.com, Lytho, etc.), and digital asset management systems.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in marketing
5 years of relevant experience in project management
Preferred
3 years in healthcare, preferably within a payer organization or 3 years in a large matrixed organization
PMP certification
Experience in a PMO
Healthcare information management systems experience
Experience with Epic
