What You'll Do:
Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude, making them feel welcome and valued.
Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer receives the attention they deserve.
Show off your product knowledge by demonstrating in-depth understanding of our medical products, their placement, availability, price, and use.
Assess customer needs efficiently and provide tailored solutions for their product or service inquiries.
Educate patients/clients on the benefits and uses of our medical products and services.
Fit and sell medical products to customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and well-informed.
Process customer orders accurately and input them into our computer system with precision.
Keep our showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable, creating an inviting environment for our customers.
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary to support our team and customers.
What We're Looking For:
Customer service skills: You excel at making customers feel valued and understood.
Physical ability: You can occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs and are comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Computer literacy: You must be proficient in basic computer operations and typing. A typing test will be part of the interview process.
Willingness to learn: We will train the right person on all other aspects of the job.
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level: You have some experience in customer service and are ready to take your skills to the next level.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
