Description

Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.

Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import Export Regulations.

Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics international freight forwarding and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes.

Creating Proforma Invoices Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data NAFTA Certificates of Origin Filing Shippers.

Export Declarations Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System Shipment Tracking and Follow Up Logistics Coordinating/Assistance Compliance/Audit Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
