Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service specialist to join a leading company based in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer accounts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire service lifecycle. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients managing their accounts and addressing their needs.

Support clients throughout the customer lifecycle by ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Collaborate with operations and nutrition teams to address client concerns and implement service improvements.

Schedule and participate in regular check-ins with clients to maintain strong relationships and address any issues.

Maintain and update organizational calendars and checklists to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Monitor and resolve service-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide accurate and timely updates to internal systems to keep client information current and accessible.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the education, food service, or public sector.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and other related software

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Proven ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and professionally.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with customer service best practices, including inbound call management and problem resolution.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
