We re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Annandale, MN! This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive salary, great benefits, and the opportunity to support a busy office with a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities. Location: Annandale, MN Wage: $65,000/year (Salary or hourly structure available) Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm Benefits of the administrative assistant: Exceptional health insurance Life and short-term disability insurance Dental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions Simple IRA with 3% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement benefits/accounts Healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts (HSAs or FSAs) Duties of the administrative assistant: Monitor employee hours and update PTO balances Keep records and documents neat, current, and well-organized Build and update spreadsheets using Excel Manage calendars, appointments, and job schedules Support billing tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking Collaborate closely with the company s accountant Greet visitors and manage day-to-day front desk operations Handle sensitive data with discretion, especially payroll and private records Requirements of the administrative assistant: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and general office software Strong communication and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and handle confidential tasks with discretion Additional information: Apply today!
