CNC Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician/CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team. You'll support our state-of-the-art CNC machining center, performing a variety of tasks from general production support to operating the CNC.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating the CNC machining center to produce high-quality parts.

Performing quality checks using hand measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Loading and unloading parts efficiently.

Working from blueprints to ensure precision and accuracy.

Using hand tools to grind, blast, and polish parts to perfection.

Essential Skills

Experience in operating machines in a manufacturing environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot machinery.

Proficiency in using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Flexibility to work any shift and adapt to varying pay scales.

Pay Structure

Base pay/ A-Shift: $21.75/hr (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs)

B Shift: $23.93/hr (8:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Mon-Thurs)

C Shift: $27.19/hr (12-hour shifts, Fri-Sun, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

D Shift: $27.19/hr (12-hour shifts, Fri-Sun, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
