OSD's Marketing, Engagement, and Training (MET) team seeks a Marketing Coordinator, with experience in Podcast and Video Content Production to become an integral part of our Marketing team. This role provides support for ongoing MET initiatives, specifically focused on the development and distribution of high-quality digital media in support of OSD's Training programs and WOSD Podcast Channel. The incumbent will work in tandem with a team of seasoned Content Creators and Digital Marketers. We seek someone who knows how to make compelling audio and video programs and who will bring new ideas for fostering insightful conversations and engaging storytelling to our team. Key Responsibilities: Own the Podcast Process from Start to Finish: Collaborate with OSD's Marketing and Communication Managers to oversee every stage of podcast production - from ideation and research to securing standout guests, scripting, recording, editing, and promotion. Identify Trends and Guide Content Strategy: Conduct research on current podcast and media trends to inform editorial direction, and recommend relevant, timely topics that support OSD's mission and values. Once the podcast is distributed, report success to stakeholders using relevant metrics. Produce Across Formats and Platforms: Create compelling long- and short-form audio and video content tailored for podcast streaming services, YouTube, social media, and the OSD website. Ensure Quality, Consistency, and Accessibility: Ensure every piece of content reflects our brand's voice, meets high editorial standards, and is optimized for SEO, accessibility, and audience engagement. Provide Administrative Support for OSD's Marketing, Engagement, and Training Projects: Assist with tasks such as tracking class enrollment, sending participant communications and follow-up messaging, and updating class schedules and attendance records. Contribute to Key MET Initiatives and Events: Support the planning and execution of major agency initiatives, including the annual MASSBUYS EXPO and other internal and external events. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Audition, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. or similar audio editing programs Proven experience in audio and video storytelling and audio and video production Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and an avid podcast listener Excellent copywriting skills Keen attention to detail Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Ability to learn new systems and technical skills quickly Ready to make a lasting impact and contribute to a dynamic team?
