Marketing Communications Quality Assurance
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of remote work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.
The Marketing Communications Quality Assurance role is responsible for ensuring quality standards for Email, SMS and digital campaigns. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to establish quality standards, reviewing marketing materials to standards, collecting feedback and sharing feedback with marketing teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing who is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality and integrity of marketing initiatives.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Work with marketing partners to establish quality standards. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Document and implement quality standards and processes for marketing materials.
Use web tools to ensure marketing materials meeting 508 accessibility standards.
Review marketing grids to ensure materials are versioned properly by state and brand.
Click links to ensure routing to correct destination and dial toll free phone numbers to ensure proper voice message is received.
Review inbox proofs and ensure the materials match the intended design.
Collect feedback and provide recommendations to marketing teams.
Analyze quality assurance data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Offer insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on quality assessments.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Proven experience in quality assurance within marketing or related field.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing content.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing software and tools, and a good understanding of brand management.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $67,496 to $110,448
