The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding an Account Coordinator to our growing service division in Pasco, WA . In this role, you will achieve client retention and renewal goals while ensuring efficient contract delivery. Additionally, some other responsibilities you will have include:

Deliver accurate, high quality and timely results in business administrative support.

Complete administrative workflow: including contract setup, renewal, and follow-up.

Coordinate required activities across team members and departments in a timely manner.

Participate in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability to support a rapidly growing business.

Analyze contract performance and make recommendations regarding renewals and improvement opportunities.

Work with outside vendors to ensure accurate order and delivery of necessary parts and or/materials.

Develop and maintain professional internal client relationships across departments and geographies.

Participate in internal market teams to improve delivery within geography with respect to contract administration and client satisfaction.

Assist in gathering internal and external client insight to create process improvements and improve client satisfaction and account retention.

Coordinate and share information on key business processes related to financial and contract management.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical contractor tools and equipment preferred.

Three (3) years of administrative experience working with customers required.

Demonstrable knowledge of finance principals, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required

Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Experience with Viewpoint and/or Salesforce preferred.

Knowledge of how to properly review proposals, bids, contracts and manpower reports preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

The pay range for this position is $22.33- $31.93 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
