ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the launch of our new North American (NA) brand and company. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Corporate and Brand Marketing by supporting and leading various aspects of the NA rebrand, including project management tasks such as updating project timelines, budget tracking, and stakeholder communications. The candidate brings an established track record of organizing team meetings, engaging with Sr. Leadership, driving to results, and producing high-quality, comprehensive reports and deliverables.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and cross-functional alignment. This role requires collaboration across teams to meet deadlines, making strong interpersonal skills essential. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

As part of the working team for the roll out of the new company brand, responsible for owning, organizing, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks of the project
Support the planning and execution of a best-in-class company brand launch in partnership with marketing, communications, and other participating functional areas.
Develop strong relationships with subject-matter experts, leadership, and external agencies and vendors to advance actions associated with the rebrand.
Have the ability to identify project risks and proactively work with subject matter experts and the Director of Corporate and Brand Marketing to evaluate the impact to the overall project.
Follow up with working team members for project updates and inputs, as needed
Maintain project documentation (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), including reports, meeting summaries, and assigned tasks, and help drive communication between team members and stakeholders
Prepare and distribute project updates for the working team, management, etc.
Collaborate with finance to monitor and report project expenses, track spending against budget, and identify potential cost issues
Other assigned duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Business, marketing, communications, or related field
Required Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator
Required Computer and Software Skills: · Proficiency in project management tools/software, specifically SmartSheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
Travel Requirements : 5-10%
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
Excellent business writing and grammar skills, as well as strong editing and proofreading skills
Ability to work well both independently and cooperatively with team members inside and outside of the marketing team
Energetic team player who can work comfortably with people of diverse skills, experience levels, and perspectives, including senior management
Ability to work on multiple assignments/deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
