Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

Location:Onsite 3-4 days a week CAN BE in any of their offices Kansas City, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta

Freelance40 hours per week *\W2 ONLY no C2C\\

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain personalized marketing campaigns using**SSJS

(Server-Side JavaScript)withinSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)**.

LeverageAMPscriptfor advanced content personalization and

dynamic scripting inSFMCemail campaigns.

Design and implementAPI integrations (REST/SOAP), with a focus

onMuleSoftor comparable middleware platforms to enable seamless data flow between systems.

Utilize strongSQLskills for data manipulation, segmentation, and

campaign analytics within large-scale data environments.

Integrate and manageMobileConnectfor SMS campaigns, including

synchronization of opt-in/opt-out data with third-party platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate**SFMC with

Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.)**, ensuring a seamless user experience and unified customer data strategy.

Analyze and model complexdata structures, ensuring scalable and

optimized database architecture that supports personalized marketing and customer engagement efforts.

Participate inAgile development practices, contributing to

sprint planning, retrospectives, and using tools likeJira and Confluenceto manage project documentation and tasks.

Stay informed of emergingMartech and CRM trends, contributing

strategic insights to enhance digital marketing performance and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong scripting and personalization utilizingSSJS(**SFMC/Email

Development**).

Intermediate understanding and experience

withAMPscript(SFMC/Email Development).

Experience withAPI integrations (REST/SOAP), especially

withMulesoftor similar middleware (Data Engineering).

Working experience withSQL(Data Engineering).

Working experience withMobileConnect, integrating opt-in/opt-out

data with third-party applications (Full-Stack Development).

Working experience integrating**Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, or

CPQ, etc.)(**SFMC/Core Solution Architect).

Experience with**complex data structures, data modeling, and

databases(**Data Engineering).

Understanding ofAgile practicesand associated tools

(Jira/Confluence) (Full-Stack Development).

General understanding and strong interest in**key digital marketing

trends(**Martech/CRM Strategy).

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
