Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a hybrid position at our client"s Novi, MI location. This role provides high-level support to senior managers and site operations, with a focus on scheduling, document preparation, purchase order and expense tracking, and creating polished presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and site operations

Draft, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations

Organize calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and process expense reports

Coordinate office needs, manage purchase orders, and handle meeting logistics

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, customers, and vendors

Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in senior management administrative support roles

Computer Savvy specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Professional demeanor with the ability to engage all levels of the organization

Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting executive leadership teams

Familiarity with financial systems for expense and purchase order tracking

Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries

Knowledge of project management tools is a plus

Education: Associate or Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $25.00-30.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
