Job Description

We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and looking to bring their skills to the next level. You will be assigned a trainer who will ensure you are learning the different processes of our manufacturing process and provide check-ins to ensure you are catching on.

Responsibilities

Perform consistent inspections throughout the day.

Enter data into a computer.

Ensure the production line is running smoothly.

Partner with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers.

Maintain a clean workspace by organizing products and sweeping.

Relieve other workers during their break times.

Essential Skills

Good job tenure/work history with no jumpy work history.

Ambitious, willing to learn, and interested in working within a manufacturing environment.

Understanding of how to read a ruler and perform basic math.

Complete a ruler test.

Proficiency in assembly, machine operation, inspection, and using micrometers, computer skills, and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced setting.

Experience using micrometers and calipers.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

You will be working half of the days a typical work week looks like with built-in overtime every other week. New hires are assigned a trainer who will ensure they are set up for success. There is outstanding tenure on the production floor with many individuals having worked here for over 10 years. Upon completion of the contract, candidates will receive a pay bump. There is good room for growth, starting as general production workers with potential advancement to Utility Technician, Set Up Technician, and Lead Technician. We have a brand new cafeteria with multiple food options, and every candidate will be provided with a locker on their first day. Candidates will have multiple performance reviews to ensure they are catching on, including reviews after 5 days, 3 months, 6 months, and annually, which can result in raises. During the 12-hour shift, workers will receive two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
