Job Description

In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. Daily tasks can include gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, gathering finished products and ensuring quality, continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process, and monitoring machine operations. Expect a lot of collaboration, as you will receive consistent training and work in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals to perform daily manufacturing roles.

Monitor machine operations.

Essential Skills

Experience operating machinery.

Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.

Ability to be a team player, involving a lot of collaboration and teamwork.

Must have a high school diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working off a work order.

Experience in any @type of industrial environment.

Machine operating experience can warrant higher pay rates and higher positions.

Work Environment

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (M-F)

3rd Shift hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am (M-F).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.92 - $24.33/hr.
