This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) 3 to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Subject Matter Expert will provide high-level technical knowledge and analysis in support of specialized applications and operational environments. This role involves conducting functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation guidance for complex problems requiring extensive expertise.

What You Will Do:

Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis across specialized domains.

Conduct high-level functional systems analysis, design integration, and documentation.

Offer implementation advice for complex challenges requiring in-depth subject matter expertise.

Apply industry methodologies and technical principles to specific task order requirements.

Deliver recommendations and solutions for esoteric technical and operational problems.

Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation.

Develop and present training sessions, briefings, and implementation guidance to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and industry-specific procedures.

Ability to conduct technical evaluations and strategic documentation.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Ability to obtain TS Clearance.
