The Senior Director of Supply Chain Integrated Planning will oversee and lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated planning activities (S&OP/S&OE) for the supply chain. This position is responsible for ensuring visibility and alignment of plans across demand, inventory, DC operations, Transportation, and Finance to support end to end flow and fulfillment of products in support of overall strategic business plans and objectives. The Senior Director will play a key role in driving visibility, efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
Owns develops and continually enhances the overall execution of the integrated planning process to support SC plan for long and short term business cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). Constantly monitors, reports variances and updates the plan on an agreed cadence.
Develops/re-defines integrated planning processes as appropriate and influence/participate in enterprise initiatives and processes including gaining senior leaders buy-in.
Collaborates with Vice Presidents, Directors, and teams across the enterprise (Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory, Stores) on supply chain activities, including planning processes, delivery milestones and items needing escalation as a part of the integrated planning process.
Aligns teams and develops strategies to effectively plan and support operational execution and inventory flow to support Tier 1 events and major seasonal initiatives.
Develops and maintains end to end process documentation to ensure sustainable processes and expectations are clearly communicated and consistently executed during planning activities.
Stand up governance activities, including cross-functional alignment meetings, issue escalation processes, exception reporting and action tracking in order to measure execution performance.
Accountable for ensuing consistent, timely communication and visibility to planning activities and accessible data necessary for execution across all SC teams.
Collaborates closely with Operations, Network Optimization and Flow Forecast teams to understand capacity, forecasts, potential implications to forecast variances and flow strategies to execute events, seasonal initiatives, and run the business activities.
Solicits and manages inputs to analyze and provide recommendations to balance demand and capacity across multiple time horizons and coupling with financial impacts.
Ensures day-to-day cross-functional alignment, creation, and execution of strategies into tactical operational plans.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes, reduce lead times, and improve accuracy gaining alignment with senior stakeholders across the enterprise, explaining issues, challenges, and opportunities to senior team.
Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of integrated planning activities. Provides regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership regarding planning performance, supply chain risks, and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain/Logistics or related field & 11-15 years' experience within Supply Chain or other retail sectors; years of experience equivalent to an advanced education may be supplemented in lieu of a degree
8-10 years' experience in leadership of managers and cross functional teams
8-10 years' experience in demand and inventory planning
