Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Attorney with our client, you will:

Litigate and oversee complex fraud cases involving healthcare insurance and related industries.

Manage discovery processes, including drafting motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

Analyze legal claims and collaborate with partners to develop case strategies.

Represent clients in court and administrative hearings as required.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

5+ years of litigation experience (trial experience is a strong plus).

Strong skills in legal writing, particularly in discovery and motions practice.

Experience or interest in insurance defense, healthcare fraud, or insurance fraud litigation.

Proven experience with arguing motions, handling depositions, and trial preparation.

Exceptional academic credentials, analytical skills, and writing ability.

A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to handle substantive responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Litigation Experience: At least 5 years, with a preference for those who have been involved in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Strong Writing Skills: Discovery experience and motion drafting are essential.

Insurance Defense Background: Familiarity with cases tied to insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, or health policy.
