Job Description

Perform accurate data entry and maintain quality-related documentation

Scan, file, and upload documents to appropriate databases or systems

Assist with record management to ensure traceability of product history and compliance with ISO and internal standards

Support the document control process for quality records, including revisions and audits

Collaborate with QC technicians and production staff as needed to gather documentation or verify information

Help ensure documentation is current, complete, and audit-ready

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with digital recordkeeping systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail, especially when handling compliance-critical documents

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
