We are looking for an expert Regional Marketing Manager for Rockies markets.
In this role you will report to the Director of Regional Marketing -
Central/West and will be responsible for collaborating closely across the
Marketing organization and with Field and Channel sales teams to create and
deliver marketing plans that drive maximum impact through tailored activities
that generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell
opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness. You'll
be responsible for:
Develop and execute data-driven, cross-segment marketing plans for Rockies
markets that drive scale and growth through thought leadership, targeted
account marketing, and local demand generation, including high-impact
customer experiences and events such as digital series, CXO roundtables,
and trade shows. Utilize tools like SFDC, intent data, and Tableau to
enhance targeting and guide contacts along the buyer's journey.
Build and nurture strong cross-functional partnerships with corporate
communications, global marketing, product teams, regional sales
leaders, and channel partners to create an integrated GTM plan. Collaborate
on thought-leadership initiatives to raise brand awareness, prioritize
target accounts, and drive engagement through a unified "One Zscaler"
experience for customers.
Measure, analyze, and communicate performance consistently through weekly
updates, annual performance reviews, and regular communication cadences
across segments. Track performance against targets, refine strategies based
on insights and trends, and actively contribute to AMS marketing teamwork
while embodying core values.
What we are looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Entrepreneurial self-starter with over 8+ years of experience in developing
demand and/or integrated marketing campaigns in a high-tech B2B
environment, able to work independently and remotely while staying deeply
integrated with the core team.
Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events, programs and
metrics. Must be competent in reporting results and trends to sales and
marketing leaders
Energetic, driven, passionate and goal-oriented team player with a
collaborative spirit and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to
communicate, influence, and effectively convey information at all levels
of the organization
Willing to travel approx. 25% of the time
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong experience with live and digital marketing activities such as in-person
trade shows and conferences, virtual events, lead generation, ABM and
email nurture campaigns, etc.
Successful management demonstrated with managing campaigns and live events
from concept to post-event follow-up and lead management.
Previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the IT
industry
Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of
SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and other MarTech stack an advantage.
Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and
level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and
maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations
and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes
commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$122,500 $175,000 USD
