Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a motivated Operations Support Administrator to assist in keeping a local and reputable organization's operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate documentation, including records, reports, and procedural manuals.

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating communication across teams.

Organize and track operational assets, such as tools, schedules, or project timelines.

Support daily operational tasks by working closely with team members across departments.

Address inquiries and resolve operational challenges promptly and professionally.

Help identify inefficiencies in workflows, suggest improvements, and assist in implementing solutions.

Compile, analyze, and summarize key operational metrics to assist in business planning and reporting.

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance for operational tools and systems.

Serve as a key contact between frontline teams and the corporate office.

Respond to internal requests and ensure company policies and procedures are upheld.

Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks to ensure operational adherence to company standards.

Assist in maintaining operational safety and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required); equivalent experience accepted.

2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role.

Familiarity with standard office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with workflow tools or project management software is a plus.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and levels within the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
