Are you an experienced estate planning paralegal with a passion for guiding clients through important life decisions? Do you have proven expertise in drafting and managing estate planning documents in a collaborative legal environment? Join an established firm in Vacaville, CA as an Estate Planning Paralegal in this contract-to-hire role!

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, editing, and preparing trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, restatements, amendments, etc.

Guiding clients through the estate planning process, from intake to final document execution.

Facilitating asset alignment and trust funding by preparing transfer documents and beneficiary designations.

Supporting attorneys with trust administration and probate matters, ensuring regulatory timelines and filing requirements are met.

Managing and maintaining accurate client files, records, and internal deadlines within the firm's established procedures.

Coordinating document signing appointments, notarizations, and delivery of finalized estate plans.

Collaborating with attorneys, clients, financial advisors, and tax professionals to ensure estate plans are properly implemented and effective.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of estate planning paralegal experience.

Proven expertise in drafting and managing estate planning documents and client files.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to ensure clients feel supported and valued throughout the planning process.

Familiarity with trust administration and probate procedures is preferred.
