Salary Range: $160,304 - $200,173. This role is eligible for annual bonus

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager - Grocery Channel reporting to the Team Lead for Grocery Channel. Position ideally remote, pending qualifications. This position involves 50%+ travel.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Results: Lead and deliver the Business Plan (IBP, Financials, Forecast and Trade Management, etc).

Cross-Functional: Key Customer and business advocate liaising with all cross-functional partners such as Customer Development / Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, etc to ensure goal alignment that drives Primo Brands and Customer objectives.

Leadership: Challenges organization to ensure goals are met through evolution of changing business dynamics

Customer HQ Chain Management: Develop JBP business relationships with key Customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction through effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Plans

Negotiating: Ongoing negotiations of key customer contracts and business development programs and concepts, leading to long-term profitable partnerships

Customer Planning: Develop and execute key Customer Growth Plans through the identified Integrated Business Planning process and within the company provided investment guardrails

Profitability: Full ownership of meeting company provided margin contribution and net/net sales targets

Customer Administration: Utilize TPM to forecast volume and annual trade spend. Additionally, manage deductions and reclaim any unauthorized deductions in addition to managing customer rebate payments & growth programs

Budget Management: Drive profitable growth while managing a company provided travel and entertainment budget

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:

5+ years experience in Regional and/or Headquarter Account Customer Management

Grocery Channel experience required

Strong current relationships in the Grocery Industry and Regional Chain Retailers

Seasoned expert of negotiating complex and multi-year agreements with Large Customers

Experience in Category Management

Financial Acumen

Ability to creatively develop new strategies, processes, practices, and programs that will substantially enhance a consumer centric approach

Self-starter and Collaborative mindset

Creative inventor of new strategies, processes, practices, and programs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, TPM, Nielsen or IRI

Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
