Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month assignment in Fall River, MA, with a high likelihood of extension. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for quality roles, including QC Chemists and QA Inspectors.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for quality roles including QC Chemists and QA Inspectors.

Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates.

Leverage platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, college hiring events, and alternative sourcing methods.

Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.

Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques.

Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work on-site daily.

Qualifications

Prior recruiting experience.

Ability to handle high volume hires.

Positive attitude and coachable.

Skills in recruiting, full cycle recruiting, customer service, ATS, and scheduling coordination.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
