Entry-Level Release Coordinator

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking an Entry-Level Release Coordinator to join their team. As a Release Coordinator, you will be part of the software delivery and change management team supporting various banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry-Level Release Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $19 - $21/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Assist in coordinating production releases and ensuring compliance with enterprise change management standards.

Facilitate smooth deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

Collaborate with development, production support, and implementation teams to plan and approve production changes.

Support timely and accurate delivery of both projects and business-as-usual (BAU) changes across technical teams.

Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications.

What's Needed?

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in presentation skills and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
