Job Summary
The Enterprise Resilience Analyst Sr. role leads department projects to improve business continuity and emergency management processes, tools, and templates in accordance with Policy and standards. This role partners closely with assigned Business Units and Operating Companies to provide subject matter expertise and to ensure execution of business impact analyses (and other risk assessments), development and update of business continuity and emergency management plans, and routine training of roles and exercising of plans. Individuals must have an ability to work independently, analyze a range of problems with minimal guidance and direction, an ability to communicate effectively using appropriate tools and processes, and an ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changing environments or stressful situations. This position is part of a 24/7 on-call team for support during corporate emergencies.
Job Description
We are considering candidates at two different levels for this posting. Candidates will be considered based on the qualifications commensurate with those listed in the posting against their resumes.
Plans and leads implementation of business continuity and emergency management improvement activities
Develops and maintains business continuity and emergency management processes, procedures, and templates for consistent implementation by Business Units and Operating Companies
Partners with assigned Business Units and Operating Companies to ensure execution of activities in compliance with Enterprise Resilience Policy and standards (e.g., Business Impact Analysis; Business Continuity Plans; Emergency Management Plans; Training, Exercise, and Evaluation)
Executes the design, execution, and evaluation of tests, training, and exercises to ensure corporate readiness
Advises on and monitors implementation of corrective actions for internal department and assigned Business Units and Operating Companies identified through Enterprise Resilience activities
Supports conduct of risk assessments and creation of enterprise risk reporting materials, providing additional feedback on resilience mitigations in place associated with business continuity and emergency management capabilities.
Executes responsibilities during activations of the Emergency Oversight Structure in real-time emergencies, as directed, and supports Enterprise Resilience Lead in evaluation activities
Monitors and provides input to key success measures for Enterprise Resilience projects and assigned Business Units and Operating Companies, creating reporting materials on the health and maturity of Enterprise Resilience
Basic Qualifications for Enterprise Resilience Analyst (Grade 7):
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in emergency management, information technology, or related fields such as business, communications, and instructional design and minimum of 3 years work experience in business continuity, emergency management, risk management, field operations or related fields (such as information technology infrastructure or disaster recovery).
Associate degree in emergency management, information technology, or related fields such as business, communications, and instructional design and minimum of 5 years of experience in the fields above or in related/relevant field.
High school diploma/GED and minimum of 7 years of experience in the fields above or in related/relevant fields OR high school diploma/GED and certifications and minimum of 6 years of experience in the fields above or in related/relevant fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in business continuity or emergency management is desired (e.g., Associate Business Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Professional, Certified Emergency Manager)

Additional Requirements
Ability to work extended hours with little or no advanced notice, work off-hours and be called back to work due to for significant business disruptions or Corporate emergencies
Familiarity with industry standards outlining best practices for business continuity and emergency management programs
Understanding of Incident Command System (ICS) roles and responsibilities, the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) National Response Framework
Familiarity with Enterprise Risk and Resilience technology platforms, such as Archer and Everbridge (emergency communications)
Ability to analyze a range of tactical problems with an understanding of strategic issues related to the decision-making process
Ability to independently execute solutions with leadership buy-in but minimal guidance and direction
Strong interpersonal skills when building relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and organizational levels
Ability to develop and lead department projects in alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline

$96,110.00-124,940.00 USD
