B&N Water/Wastewater Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Typical projects will include water/wastewater treatment plants, water booster stations, and sanitary pump stations

Support business development activities including direct client interaction and engagement. Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience demonstrating a can-do attitude

Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects

Actively lead and participate in project delivery to maintain high quality delivery and client satisfaction

Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and proactively manage risk

Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering team fostering a collaborative environment

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering program

Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio or ability to register through reciprocity

10+ years of related water/wastewater experience

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, pursuits and/or design teams

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

Project management experience required. Treatment process knowledge and experience is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, experience with AutoCAD, REVIT and/or hydraulic modeling software is a plus
