Our client, a leader in Warehouse Operations, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.45 per hour.

What's the Job?

Utilize a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and products within the warehouse.

Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within the operational processes.

Adhere to clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines while working under general to limited supervision.

Engage in physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Zero to one year of warehouse or related experience.

Basic skills training in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing production.

Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.

Ability to perform basic math calculations and operate in a metrics-driven environment.
