Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing. This position is fully remote and is part time(approximately 15-25 hours weekly). Quickbooks experience is ideal.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

Generate billing statements and ensure proper documentation.

Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for accounting operations.

Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes

Requirements

Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
